Completed in early 2023, this expansive project involved extending the footprint of an existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling in North Bondi and modernising throughout. The client brief was to transform the existing dwelling into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home with separate study and off-street parking. The scope of works entailed:

• Construction of a new first storey addition with extension to front and rear
• Addition of off-street parking, in the form of an elevated and covered car port
• New Colorbond roof
• New timber cladding to the First Floor addition
• New front fence with relocation of entrance
• New external staircase from carport to existing side passage
• Excavation of ground floor living area to create level access to the rear garden
• New windows throughout
• Associated landscaping works
