Hannan Street, Maroubra

This project involved a complete redesign of this semi-detached, single-storey dwelling in Maroubra. The scope of works entailed:

• Removed key internal walls to create a more open plan living/dining area
• Remodelled existing single bathroom to create new family and master ensuite bathrooms
• Created new windows in living/dining area and installed new black Aluminium windows
• Installed full-height Aluminium sliding doors leading out onto paved and landscaped rear garden
• New engineered Oak timber flooring installed throughout
