Completed in early 2023, this expansive project involved extending the footprint of an existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling in North Bondi and modernising throughout. The client brief was to transform the existing dwelling into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home with separate study and off-street parking. The scope of works entailed:
Construction of a new first storey addition with extension to front and rear
Addition of off-street parking, in the form of an elevated and covered car port
New Colorbond roof
New timber cladding to the First Floor addition
New front fence with relocation of entrance
New external staircase from carport to existing side passage
Excavation of ground floor living area to create level access to the rear garden
